Terms & Conditions

§ 1 Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "GTC") apply to all business relationships between Felicitas Berchtold, Frauenzimmer Buxtehude, Breite Straße 13, 21614 Buxtehude, Germany (hereinafter "Seller") and the customer (hereinafter "Customer").

The version of the GTC valid at the time of the conclusion of the contract shall apply. Deviating conditions of the customer are not recognised unless the seller expressly agrees in writing.

§ 2 Conclusion of Contract

The purchase contract is concluded by purchasing the goods in the boutique. The presentation of goods in the boutique does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding invitation to the customer to purchase goods.

§ 3 Prices and Payment

All prices are in euros and include the statutory value added tax. Payment is made at the time of purchase in the boutique. Accepted payment methods: cash, debit card, credit card.

§ 4 Exchange and Returns

A voluntary exchange is possible within 14 days of purchase upon presentation of the receipt. The goods must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached. Exchanges are issued in the form of a voucher. Sale items are excluded from exchange.

The statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts does not apply to purchases made in the boutique, as these are transactions in stationary retail.

§ 5 Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply. Defects must be reported immediately upon discovery. The warranty period is two years from the date of purchase.

§ 6 Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been made.

§ 7 Liability

The seller is liable in accordance with the statutory provisions if the customer asserts claims for damages. Liability for slightly negligent breach of non-essential contractual obligations is excluded.

§ 8 Data Protection

Information on the processing of personal data can be found in our Privacy Policy.

§ 9 Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
